Refund policy

Our return window lasts for 30 days starting from the date you receive your order. Kindly note that we do not approve returns or refunds for opened devices that function properly with no known issues.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, kept in its original packaging with all original parts included. A purchase receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return request, reach out to us at vseeboxsell@gmail.com. Once your request gets approved, we will send over a pre-paid return label along with detailed shipping instructions. Any packages sent back without prior approval will be declined. Feel free to email us at the same address if you have any questions about returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your package right after delivery. Contact us promptly if your item arrives defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. We will look into the problem and resolve it for you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for clearance items, gift cards and custom-made products. Additionally, opened units without functional faults cannot be returned. If you are unsure about your item, send us a message for clarification.

Exchanges

If you wish to swap your item for another model, please submit a return request first. After your return is fully processed and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will inform you of the refund result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please understand that banks and card issuers may need extra time to post the funds to your account.
